1.4 Litre

of water

200 ml

Coconut milk / fresh milk

Preferred

noodle or rice vermicelli

Add-on

Hard-boiled egg / bean sprout

How To Make It

Curry Laksa

1) Stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Curry Laksa Paste under medium heat until fragrant. Then, add 1300ml water, bring to a boil and keep under medium heat.

2) Add 200ml of fresh milk or coconut milk, 120g of fried bean curd (sliced) and continue to boil at low heat.

3) Separately, blanch noodle or rice vermicelli with bean sprouts. Serve with the hot Curry Laksa soup and bean curd in a bowl. Add in hard-boiled egg. Serve hot.
