Curry Laksa Pasta
1) Cook pasta according to manufacturer’s instruction in a large pot of salted water, until al dente. Drain and put under cold running water to stop the pasta from cooking. Set aside.
2) In another pot, stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Curry Laksa Paste at medium heat until fragrant. Add in water and bring to boil.
3) Add in pranws & green beans. Cover the lid and let it simmer at medium heat for few minutes.
4) Add pasta into the pot with the paste, mix well. Garnish with sliced chilies.
5) Ready to serve.
