Cheffaro® Sambal Petai Paste

100 Gram

Stink Beans

100 Gram

Okra (diagonally sliced)

100 Gram

Winged bean (diagonally sliced)

200 Gram

Eggplant (cut into 4cm length)

1 Piece

Red Onion (sliced)

This unique pungent smell of the stink beans and the sting of the sambal. A truly flavour-filled dish indeed that suits its name – Four Heavenly Kings.

How To Make It

Four Heavenly Kings (Stir Fry Vegie)

1) Heat 4 tbsp of oil and fry eggplant until golden brown. Drain excess oil and set aside

2) Using same wok, heat 2 tbsp of oil and saute onion until fragrant

3) Add the Cheffaro® Sambal Petai Paste and mix evenly

4) Add okra and winged bean. Stir-fry until cooked. Lesser time on the heat if you like it crunchier

5) Add cooked eggplant and stink beans (petai). Stir-fry until cooked. Lesser time on the heat if you like it crunchier. Ready to serve
