How To Make It

Sambal Prawn Petai

1) Heat 2 tablespoon of cooking oil and fry sliced onion until golden brown.

2) Add in 200g of Cheffaro® Sambal Petai Paste and cook under medium flame until fragrant.Then add 200g of petai (stinky bean) with 400g of seafood (prawns/squid).

3) Cover lid and simmer for 2 minutes at low heat. Open lid, add fried achovies (optional) and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
