Lemongrass (white part only, pounded and bruised)
Kaffir lime leaves
Slices fresh galangal
of small tomato, cut into 3 to 4 wedges
Baby corns (cut into small pieces)
Medium-sized shrimp (shelled and deveined)
Canned straw mushrooms or fresh oyster mushrooms (cut into halves)
for garnishing
Tom Yam Steamboat
1) Heat up water in wok to boil.
2) Add lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves, galangal into the boiling water.
3) Add Cheffaro® Tom Yam Paste along with tomato, baby corn and mushroom.
4) Add prawn and let it cooked for few minutes.
5) Ready to serve.
