Cheffaro® Prawn Noodle Paste
Yellow noodles
Prawns
Vegetable oil
Onion (sliced thinly)
Broccoli (cut into smaller pieces)
Peas
Red capsicum (sliced)
of water
Stir Fry Prawn Noodles
1) Blanched yellow noodles for few minutes until cooked. Drain and set aside.
2) Add Cheffaro® Prawn Noodle Paste to prawns and mix well to coat.
3) Heat oil in a wok over high heat and cook prawns until just seared. Remove and set aside.
4) Add remaining oil and stir-fry onions for 2 minutes. Add broccoli, peas and capsicum and cook for 3 minutes.
5) Stir in Cheffaro® Prawn Noodle Paste along with the water and cook for 1 minute. Add cooked prawns and noodles; stir-fry until evenly coated and heated through.
6) Ready to serve.
