250 gram

Pound chicken breast, sliced about 1/8 inch thick

2 tablespoons

of cooking oil

1/8 teaspoon

of ground white pepper

of cornstarch

How To Make It

Stir Fried Ginger Chicken with Scallions

1) Place the sliced chicken in a large bowl and add ground white pepper and corn starch. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

2) After 30 minutes, take the chicken out of the refrigerator. Heat oil in a wok over high heat. Add Cheffaro® Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste and stir fry.

3) Add the chicken and continue to cook while stirring regularly until nearly cooked through, about 2 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and set aside.

4) Heat remaining oil in wok over high heat. Add the scallions and onions. Stir until the onions are tender for 2 minutes. Return chicken to the wok along until fragrant and all the ingredients are coated together.

5) Ready to serve.
