How To Make It

Steamed Fish with Ginger

1) Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat and add in Cheffaro® Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste until fragrant. Put aside.

2) Spread the paste over the fish and steam over high heat for 12 minutes, or until cooked.

3) Remove from heat and carefully drain away the steaming liquid.

4) Garnish fish with coriander leaves and spring onion.

5) Ready to serve.
