How To Make It

Sotong Penyet

1) Clean squids, pat dry and marinate the squids with Cheffaro® Ayam Penyet Paste thoroughly.

2) Marinate tempeh and tofu using the leftover paste.

3) Deep fry the marinated squids, tempeh and tofu with medium heat until crispy golden yellow and ready to serve.
