What You Will Need

Cheffaro® Rendang Paste

300 gram

Minced beef

A handful

of white sesame seeds

1 tablespoon

Canola oil

Stir-fried minced beef stuffed in a beautiful and crusty calzone.

How To Make It

Rendang Calzone

1) Heat the canola oil in a pan. Stir-fry the minced beef with Cheffaro® Rendang Paste and sesame seeds until cooked thoroughly.

2) Heat up the paratha on pan for 1 to 2 minutes. Scoop the desired amount of beef filling onto each paratha, and fold over to create the perfect wrap.

3) Brush the egg wash on the paratha to stick the paratha together.

4) Bake for 5-8 minutes at 150 °C, until golden brown.

5) Ready to serve.
