What You Will Need

1 kilogram

Beef (cut small)

1 tablespoon

Fennel seed

1 tablespoon

Coarse cumin

2 tablespoons

Coriander

250 gram

Palm sugar brittle

200 ml

of water

200 ml

Coconut milk

2 tablespoons

A well-known dish that’s been kicked up a notch with our rendang paste.

How To Make It

Rendang Beef Satay

1) Soak fennel seed, coarse cumin and coriander in hot water and blend them.

2) Mix all the ingredients together with the beef & let it marinate for 3-4 hours.

3) After marinate, add the meat and water into a wok over medium heat. Let it boil.

4) Add in 200 ml of coconut milk with 2 tablespoon of toasted coconut. Then, stir occasionally and cook until dry.

5) Ready to serve.
