Fresh prawns / chicken
noodle / rice vermicelli
Bean sprout / hard boiled egg
Prawn Noodle
1) Stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Prawn Noodle Paste until fragrant. Based on serving size, add in 800ml- 1000ml water.
2) Bring to boil and turn to medium heat. Add in fresh prawns and chicken.
3) Blanch noodle or rice vermicelli with bean sprout and water spinach and serve in a bowl. Add in hot prawn noodle soup and hard-boiled egg. Serve hot.
