What You Will Need

200 gram

Cheffaro Portuguese Style Grill Fish Paste

1 kg

Fish of choice

1 Packet

of okra

1 Piece

of banana leaf

1 Piece

of turmeric leaf

2 Piece

of lime

This delicious and easy-to-make dish is perfect for a quick and flavourful meal. The fish is cooked to perfection and the chilli adds a touch of heat that will keep you coming back for more. Serve with rice for a complete meal.

How To Make It

1) Stuff a little amount of the paste in the fish and coat the rest evenly around the fish.

2) Layer the air fryer with banana leaf and turmeric leaf. Arrange the fishes on the leaves.

3) Cut the okra into small pieces and place them on top of the fishes.

4) Cook in air fryer at 190°C for 15-20 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.

5) Squeeze some lime juice on the fishes.

6) Ready to serve.
