How To Make It

Lele (Keli) Penyet

1) Clean fish, pat dry and marinate the fish with Cheffaro® Ayam Penyet Paste thoroughly.

2) Marinate tempeh and tofu using the leftover paste.

3) Deep fry the marinated ikan keli, tempeh and tofu with medium heat until crispy golden yellow and ready to serve.
