Minced chicken

Cheffaro® Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste

Spring onions (finely diced)

1 tablespoon

of soy sauce

Dipping sauce

2 tablespoons

of soy sauce

1/2 teaspoon

of sesame oil

2 tablespoons

of maple syrup

2 teaspoons

of rice vinegar

1 teaspoon

of chili flakes

1 teaspoon

of sugar

2 cloves

of garlic (roughly chopped)

How To Make It

Ginger Chicken Dumpling

1) Fill a pot with water and get it boiling on the stove.

2) In a bowl combine the chicken with Cheffaro® Hainanese Chicken Rice Paste, spring onions and soy sauce. Let it marinate for few hours.

3) Place a teaspoon of the filling in the centre of each wanton wrappers and fold to form dumplings.

4) Place a piece of baking paper in the bottom of a steamer basket and add the dumplings. Place the basket on top of the pot of boiling water and steam for 10 minutes.

5) While the dumplings are steaming away, stir together all of the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl.

6) Ready to serve.
