of plain flour
of potato starch
Egg
of water
of baking powder
Deep Fried Aroma Masala Curry Chicken
1) Add 30g Cheffaro® Aroma Masala Curry Paste to chicken wings and mixed well.
2) Let it marinate for few hours.
3) In another bowl, mix plain flour, potato starch, baking powder, egg, water & mix all until batter is smooth.
4) Mix the chicken wings in the batter & deep fry them at 180°C until crispy golden brown.
5) Ready to serve.
