What You Will Need

200 gram

Cheffaro® Chicken Curry Paste

1.5 kilogram

Chicken (cut into small pieces)

400 ml

of water

200 ml

Coconut milk / Fresh milk

1 packet

of yellow noodles

Add-on

Fishballs / Boiled eggs / Chilies

This dish is easy to make, tastes delicious, and one of Malaysia’s all-time favourite recipes.

How To Make It

Chicken Curry with Noodles

1) Prepare yellow noodles as per packets instructions & set aside.

2) Stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Chicken Curry Paste at medium heat until fragrant. Add in 1.5kg chicken & continue cooking for 5 minutes.

3) Add in 400ml water, stir occasionally and cover lid. Simmer in medium heat for 15minutes or till cooked.

4) Add in 200ml coconut milk or fresh milk. Stir well & bring to a boil. Add fish balls/boiled eggs/chilies then ready to serve with noodles.
