1.5 Kilogram

of chicken / meat of choice

400 ml

of water

200 ml

of coconut mlik / fresh milk

This delicious scent cooks into the chicken and potatoes. Best spooned onto steamy rice or roti!

How To Make It

Chicken Curry

1) Stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Chicken Curry Paste at medium heat until fragrant. Add in 1.5kg chicken (or preferred meat), continue cooking for 5 minutes.

2) Add in 400 ml water, stir occasionally and cover lid. Simmer in medium heat for 15 minutes or till cooked. Add in pre-fried potato and cook for another 5 minutes.

3) Add in 200ml fresh milk or coconut milk. Stir well and bring to a quick boil. Serve hot.
