How To Make It

Chicken Curry Pasta

1) Heat oil in a pot and sauté the chicken along with Cheffaro® Chicken Curry Paste for a few minutes, or until the chicken is almost cooked through. Remove the chicken from the pot and set it aside.

2) Add onions to the same pot and sauté for a few minutes until soft and translucent. Then, add grated ginger and garlic, and sauté for another minute.

3) Add diced peppers and pasta to the pot, Stir to combine the ingredients.

4) Add peas, diced tomatoes and chicken broth to the pot. Cover it with a lid and leave the pasta to simmer for about 10 minutes, or until the pasta has cooked through.

5) Add cooked chicken to the pot & mixed them well.

6) Ready to serve.
