How To Make It

Ayam Masak Merah

1) Partially fry the 400g chicken and set aside.

2) Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking oil in the wok over medium heat. Add sliced onion and 200g of Cheffaro® Perencah Ayam Masak Merah. Stir fry for 2 minutes.

3) Add the partially fried chicken, add and boil 100ml of water over medium heat for 3 minutes until fully cooked. Garnish with celery leaves. Ready to serve.
