450 ml

of Water

600 Gram

Fish of choice


Sliced tomato / okras / onion

Great with stingray or mackerel fish, okras and tomatoes for that traditional kampung taste!

How To Make It

Asam Fish Curry

1) Stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Asam Fish Paste at medium heat until fragrant. Add in 450ml water and bring to boil.

2) Add in 600g fish. Cover lid and simmer at medium heat for 10 minutes.

3) Add sliced tomato, okras (lady fingers) and onion. Cook for 2 minutes and serve hot.
