What You Will Need

200 Gram

Cheffaro® Aroma Masala Curry Paste

2 Tablespoons

Cooking Oil

2 Teaspoons

of Toasted Fennel Powder

1 Kilogram

Meat of your choice (Beef/Mutton)

500ml - 1500ml

of Water to add depends on type of meat

This aroma will spice up your lamb, beef, or chicken to create a tantalising dry curry or yummy grilled meat!

How To Make It

Aroma Masala Lamb Curry

1) Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and sauté diced onion until fragrant. Add in 200g Cheffaro® Aroma Masala Curry Paste and stir fry for 1 minute. Add in 1kg mutton/beef and stir for 2 minutes over medium heat.

2) Add 1000ml -1500 ml of water. Simmer over medium heat for 30 minutes. Add in 2 teaspoons of toasted fennel powder and stir fry for 1 minute. Serve hot.
