200 ml

of water

300 gram

Fish of choice

200 gram

Angel hair pasta

1 teaspoon

of salt

Few stalks

of okra

Sliced tomato

How To Make It

Angel Hair Asam Fish

1) Cook angel hair according to manufacturer’s instruction in a large pot of salted water, until al dente. Drain and put under cold running water to stop the pasta from cooking. Set aside.

2) In another pot, stir fry 200g Cheffaro® Asam Fish Paste at medium heat until fragrant. Add in water and bring to boil.

3) Add in fish of choice & okra. Cover the lid and let it simmer at medium heat for few minutes.

4) Add angel hair into the pot with the paste, mix well. Garnish with sliced tomatoes.

5) Ready to serve.
